SID failing in NORTHAMERICA SERVER PLEASE HELP

Got my demonbuddy august 31, 2017 and havent use this. they change my Key already and nothing happened still the same. i really need help thanks.

still the same error. window mode and 32bit already. i wasted 3 days already and havent used my key yet

I think there is a conflict with the utility you installed.

1. Please close all processors except Diablo and DemonBuddy.(Virus detectors, mouse, keyboard utilities etc.)
2. Please run demonbuddy as administrator.
3. Please change the demonbuddy login server and try connecting.(NA, SEA, EU)

are you logged in game world before running DB,not just on client

No. But when i try to open DB while diablo 3 is on it will automatically shutdown
