Sick of this! Stuck looting for 3 days

Not a soft ban, as still able to catch pokemon without issue. And am able to move to a new pokestop and tap that for 1 loot however bot now sticks to one stop continually and doesnt move on when looting pokestops is activated. this is the third thread i have had to create for this. Will somone please just give me an answer?

Please advise on when a new update will come in to effect to stop this bug, I AM SICK OF CONSTANTLY HAVING TO MAKE A NEW THREAD!

let me try to answer this.

First of all, we are "not just ignoring this bug". You are obviously thinking that this is a bug. But it's not a 'real' bug. It's even not a 'soft ban'. It's something 'new' that is going on. I am not quite sure how this is triggered. We are really looking into this but we have no access to their Game servers code to check what action produces this behavior.

Ok, how can you fix this?
Do not **ever** use your mobile device while using the bot. You cannot play the Game on two devices. We noticed that using two or more devices at the same time can produce this "bug".

What to do now?

1) Stop Pokefarmer.
2) Start Pokemon GO on your mobile device. Hit settings. Hit logout.
3) Wait 30 minutes.
4) If possible reset your IP. (restart router)
5) Login into Pokefarmer again.
6) Happy Botting.
