HowTo install other languages:


  • download your language from the botton of this Post.
    Is there are not your language then download from     here -> ALICE Bot - AIML sets (Languages)
  • delete all (*.aiml)-Files in the "c_aiml"-Folder only and copy all downloaded (*.aiml)-Files in there
    ( ...\\Honorbuddy\\Plugins\\ShutUpAIML\\LanguageFiles\\c_aiml\\TheFiles.aiml )

!WARNING!
( Why are some languages save, some not save?! )

If you download a language from ALICE Bot website (or somewhere else),
you have to look in the files before you start Honorbuddy and delete unwanted replies! >> AIML-Tools <<
If you dont do it, yor Bot could answer with "I am a ChatterBot" or something like that!

Hmm, can not set this up right. Is it possible for a more "explained" guide =)
I'm not a newbie when it comes to Aiml (used it MUCH in the glider times), but a memory refresher is always good :P

i have started with botting after gliders, so i dont know what there was..

What do the plugin, and what not?

I've marked "chat to me" (:P) and friends, b-net friends and guildfriends. (They know i'm botting, so i marked them so they can send how many messages they want before they get blocked).
But it doesn't to much.

It marked a log when a friend (on my b-net list and guild member) but didn't do anything.

The log is 8mb big, so i can't attach.
Must i have both ShutUp and ShutUpAiml installed in plugin folder?
I downloaded the beta with english language support.

strange.. you dont need [ShutUp] for [ShutUp AIML]
but i need the log for more infos! put the log into a zip file, then you can upload it.
and put better your settings file in this zip, too. your settings files do you found at "...\HB\Settings\ShutUp-AIML\" (replace your name at the files)
 
Started all over again, is it a box i've missed to click?

"[ShutUp - AIML]: save settings
[ShutUp - AIML]: you got a whisper
[ShutUp - AIML]: Author is a Bnet Friend!"

EDIT: Just running ShutUpAiml plugin, deselected every else plugin

Ok, i'm running it in "combat mode" (botbase) if that has something to do with it?
I attached the settingsfile the second you wrote that :) (the post i made earlier)

EDIT: Will try a new HB install, and see if that helps :)

If I'll edit pattern : <pattern>HELLO</pattern> to russian <pattern>ПРИВЕТ</pattern>, aiml bot does not see whisper "привет".
If I edit only <template> for russian language : <li>hi/li> to <li>ку/li> (do not edit <pattern>HELLO</pattern>), bot sees a message "Hello" , but the response says abracadabra: ку -> ??

open "all" aiml files with a text editor and change on the top of the file the encoding to "ISO-8859-5"
( <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-5"?> )

maybe this is the prob

Аfter changing encoding="ISO-8859-5" to encoding="UTF-8" bot does not recognize the incoming messages in any language.
It seems it only works with encoding ISO-8859-5 .
How to support encoding = "UTF-8"(or another that supports сyrillic) I do not know...
