Shrink to taskbar and not come back, how to fix

This bug is plain annoying, I can't reproduce it on any regular basis, it happens now and then for no reason I can see. HB window will shrink to task-bar and not come back n(I never shrink it to taskbar, it just goes by itself). Can right-click and start/stop/exit comes up but double clicking it will not make the window come back up. The bug is character specific and I can load any other toon in the same HB install directory and the window is in the right place. I have tried to delete all the files in the setting directory that were written on the same day as when the shrink occurs for the character it was effecting, this fixes nothing. I have have to delete every character specific setting file to make the window appear in the right place, this also means I have to completely set everything up from scratch again for that character.

Can anyone tell me why this occurs and the quick and easy fix for it thanks when it does.

FWIW win7 64, I use display fusion for my dual monitor support DisplayFusion: Multi-Monitor Taskbar, Multi-Monitor Screen Savers, HotKeys, Multi-Monitor Wallpaper, Windows Logon Changer and more... but not sure this is part of the problem or not. I have seen several users report this problem on different OS and no real solution posted. I will happen on some releases, not happen for a few releases, then come back with a vengeance. Obviously the shrink to task-bar is not logged. I have been running the new beta most days since it came out, happened for the first time yesterday afternoon.

Try to rightclick the mini image ( if you hover over the icon @ taskbar ) and then maximize.

a fast double left click on Hb wasp should bring it back
 
I do have exactly the same problem.
Win7 64bit, only one monitor.

Doubleclick in systray does not bring it back.
 
I have this problem on a win 64 box randomly. However, it has nothing to do with WoW or the bot, it's just a windows thing. It's "behind" one of your other things running, and even though you're clicking it to highlight it or restore it from taskbar, it just doesn't come back. It fixes it if you minimize everything else and then click it.
At least it does for me
 
Ok, happened again today. I was editing a profile that i was running at the time, saved the file while HB running, dropped to taksbar and stayed there. Don't know if that is of any help.
