Should the bot not detect a speeder in range?

Had to create new thread because old thread was closed but Tony asked me to provide log so I had to make new thread here is a log of bot going past speeder.

Bot does not mount because in stealth even though not near enemy.

To pick up taxi spots that is pure profile atm. The bot will not detect a taxi it doesn't know and learn it.
That may change in future. But for now its all profile.
In Kicks, he does have it learn most that it needs to. If find one it doesn't, put what quest your on next to it. Like pickup quest from this guy. Then we can slip the extra code in there to talk to speeder guy while there.
