Should the bot not detect a speeder in range?

Again the bot went to a medical station to sell goods and then walked right past another speeder point:

Thats the target dumb. Should the bot not detect speeder points in range and make an automatic diversion to at least click on it?

I'm going to leave the bot and not click on the travel point and see if it later causes an issue...
