Should i start botting?

Hey guys.. I'am thinking about starting an other account with Gatherbuddy..But!

the account i got now that i am thinking about botting on, Is my brothers, that means when he created the account, he used HIS criditcard and thats the same as he use on his normal account..

Now ive just merge the account to Bnet with a different name than my brothers. and i am useing MY criditcard to pay with ( I have the same Middle name as him)

Do you think that, if i get banned.. will the ban effect hit his account too?
