Should i save CP or IV?

Some threads i saw some guys saying its WAY better save best IV, im saving two of same with the best IV... but in this case... look what happened.

SO it transfered my Psyduck STRONGER (CP 247) just because the IV ? Whats exaclty is the IV ? can some experienced guys explain whats better etc.

IV is something like "base statistics" that you can't upgrade or power up.

Basically, pokemon with IV 96 will have better CP and stats on max (40) lvl than pokemon with IV 60.

Even though sometimes CP is much lower, you should stay with IV. Why? Because after power up, this pokemon will be simply stronger.

I prefer CP 96 with IV 98 than CP 800 with IV 60, because i can power up this CP 96 weakling any time, and it will be stronger.

And since you are botting, you should have a shitload of stardust, so levelling up shouldn't be a problem
