Should i be concerned?

So over the course of the last 2 weeks i sold around 1.2 million gold over several days via the same classic account. normaly these trading accounts getbanned within hours of one sale exeeding a total of 100k. yet this account is still going strong even after selling 242 on one server in one night. Did it just slip through the c.r.a.c.k.s or is blizzard using this acount to build a case agains my bot "network"?

company used the for around 9 months now never had any problem with them trust the explicitly. one thing i know is that they got their trading accounts banned a few weeks ago so it might be bc they have new accounts that arent flagged yet
