Shop Username and Password Problem - Bad first impression

Hello,

After a terrible ordeal trying to get my username and password for these forums I finally managed, for some reason they weren't sent to my email address like they should. NOW my shop user name and password hasn't... when I try to retreive my password it says it has sent it to my email, BUT IT DOESN'T... Ive repeated this step about 10 times

This is SO frusterating.... if i can get help it would be welcomed!

for the bot and for the auth portal you have to use your shop info

forum info is only for the forums

Yes, and that is what I am saying... I have no shop info, I may have entered it without realising when buying buy i don't know it now, and when I press 'retrieve password' and enter my email address, it says it has sent a new password to my email, but I get no email sent to me at all

I have done, got nothing, its really strange... is there some kind of ticket system here that I can send a request too? I have all of my invoice information etc. that i used for buying the account

I have done that 20 times! It says this: 'Thank you, we have sent an email to your email address on file with a link for changing your password. The link is valid for 15 minutes only, so be sure to check your email right away.'

THEN, I check my email and there is no email, anywhere.... I've done this so many times, I dont understand

in that case open a new thread on payments about your problem and Bossland will check it asap

Guess it's a problem with your email since "Sorry, we cannot find any matching accounts for the criteria you submitted, please double check your information and try again" would pop up if Username and email dont match.
