shop.buddymaste Log in problems

Hello Forum

I need help to log in to shop.buddymaste, cause i need to buy Honorbuddy Single Session.

For some reason the Log in is down and even if i reset my password 4 times, i keep going in circle.

Now i have "You have exceeded the allowed login attempts, your account has been temporarily locked"

I have added the MSN help but there is no one online atm.

Please help/guide a nuub what to do

we can unlock your existing one but it will take up to 48 hours
