Shattered Sun Cleric Now bugged again for 71

This card seems to be the elusive one lol.

My deck was working fine for 70 but now it bugs out trying to drop Shattered sun cleric.

It drops the card but cant drop the +1 attack on a minion.

This was doing this Pre 70 for me also.

Here is what the bot spits out:
