Primary a question to Bossland or the staff of Honorbuddy.

I have a lifetime subscription of Gatherbuddy/Honorbuddy, which comes with 3 sessions. I only use two of these sessions at a time, I was wondering if it's possible for my friend to use the session that I'm not using (not charging my friend any money or anything), or will the account be banned if two people with different IPs log on at the same time?
