Shaman wont heal in instances

Hello,

I have been having this issue since WOD. For some reason my shaman is the only healer that will not heal in an instance :confused:. I uninstalled HB3, and downloaded the newest version earlier today. I switched my DX11 to DX9. I use the same bot each time (raidbot) for all my healers. BUT, the only one that does not work is the shaman. I have a fresh log attached after the fresh install earlier today.

Please help me figure out what I can do to get this working again. I truly do enjoy playing my shaman, but cant heal on my own for crap!
 
No, I tried that. Tried healing the tank to see if it would take over and it just stands there when I stopped. I watched the tank die, he /she was probably pretty upset, but I had to see if anything would happen when I stopped healing them.

I also wanted to add that when I'm in DPS spec on my shaman and using the raidbot, it works perfectly. No issues with the bot when going DPS.
 
Ok, so now I'm having the exact same problem with my holy priest. Will work with the raidbot in Shadow, but not holy or disc. Will DPS in disc but not heal. I also, did try to kick start each one by casting heals, and holy did nothing, while disc would DPS but players health continually was under 40% for the trash pulls I tested this spec on.

Be that as it may, the healing specs for the two classes I listed aren't working with raidbot. I tested my druid again to be sure and the healing spec is working fine with raidbot, and it is working as it should.

just an update, nothing has changed. I tried to let raidbot heal on my shaman last night and it's still not doing anything.
 
Using the holy priest in Dungeonbuddy now in HOV, and its working perfectly. Cant AFK, but it does work.

Thanks for the update. I installed it and noticed its exactly the same version that is in HB3 (screen shot attached).

Never-the-less I tried both CC's with raidbot on my resto shaman, and it stood there, did not heal. Logs attached.
