please make sure you read the test release notes: https://www.thebuddyforum.com/releases/250120-honorbuddy-v2-6-15589-833-a.html#post2230124
There you can find: (Marked as fixed in '.833; dupe of HB-2868) HB-2886: Shaman is not healing in Dungeonbuddy
This means its a know bug and you have to wait for one of the next releases to get it fixed.
Do not forget you are using a TEST RELEASE which is mainly for experienced users or developers and not for normal users expecting a stable version.
A test release has bugs and should not be used if you're not familiar in how to fix small issues or report them
