Shaman Routine

It seems that there are a shortage of ACTUAL shaman routines. There are routines in the AIO section that cover shaman, but as far as dedicated shaman routines, there aren't many. I've compared all the routines that cover elemental shaman, and they all have a different rotation. Some have better DPS than others, but they're all different. Any chance anyone can develop a good one along the lines of Millz's routines? I don't even know if Millz will make a shaman to make a routine for. I wish he would, but it seems he's got the majority of the caster classes (mage, warlock, shadow priest) covered.

Also, a question for the elemental botting shamans out there, and that is which routine do you find yourself using for the best DPS?

I did have a dedicated shaman routine until I converted it into all-in-one instead. Reason? Well it's far simpler for me to maintain and update.

If you have any specific requests you want to be added into my routine, you can just ask to do so. I'm currently in the process of updating my routine to a newer core made by Nomnomnom (Maker of Fury Unleashed)

A good GUI doesn't make the routine IMO. Sure a very well made GUI could improve the looks and the "sells" of the routine, but I don't feel like a GUI makes the routine. While you ask of "People have different rotations" That is true. But mine is based of Simulationcraft rotations, icy-veins and theorycrafting from various of different forums, I read new theorycrafting on a weekly basis. I feel like updating my rotations to the best is what makes the best routine. As long as you have good testers that are willing to help you making the best routine. I will be swapped with work when Pre-WoD hits or when WoD hits (91-100 rotations) however, I like contribute to the fellow community and making the best raiding rotations possible. When there isn't a free alternative to a raiding routine, I will continue and update that spec in YRB(YourRaidingBuddy). You can imagine how much theorycrafting I'm really reading :)

I ended up using YRB over the rest because it had the most DPS done. I was just amused at how each shaman routine used a different rotation. I also noticed that earthquake was never used in the AoE rotation. It just spammed Chain Lightning. It also didn't use the thunderstorm knockback (glyphed version doesn't knock back) to restore mana. I was running LFR with other shaman players that were using Earthquake in AoE pulls, and also using the thunderstorm spell to regen mana (I'm guessing that's what they were doing because there was nothing around them to knock back). One other odd thing I noticed is that this routine would NOT work until I removed Minify from my plugins folder.

Do you know if there is a differens in raid rotation and challenge mode rotation? I tried your yrb in a challenge mode and didnt get any good numbers at all. :/ Now I even have more or less the bis items just for challenge mode, So I wonder if maybe its a other rotation needed i challenge mode. Cuz I understand that you aming for raid more then maybe other stuff like challenge mode/pvp etc.
