Shaman is not mounting or looting

Hello, I tried using the Legion autoloader on my shaman, and as it started its first zone, my shaman is not mounting at all. If I manually mount, it will move around and go to the waypoints, however after attacking mobs, it will not loot and sit there doing nothing unless I manually mount it again.
