Shaman grind settings

I'm getting crappy exp no matter what profile I use. I believe I am the problem, does anyone have suggestions on settings? I read the manual and I'm enhancement. I'm still getting around 18k exp per hour at level 40

What profile and CC are you using?

It all depends on a lot of things could be your downtime of eating/drinking, too many deaths etc. Try to get some new gear for him, and spec him correctly, get him some nice glyphs for botting and go for pure killing faster and living longer. Also, CC's and Plugins can help substantially.
