1. You get 72h or perma depending on what you did or how long you did.
2. Yes they can ban single accounts from reports (mate got perma banned 2 days ago for botting almost a year - BG buddy)
3. No after perma ban but if you want to keep a certain character safe from loss i suggest you transfer your character to another wow licence on the same battle.net as blizz only bans a single wow licence never the whole battle.net account.

So, i can bot on single battlenet account, and can forever "jump" from one licence to another? but will lose all achievs, etc, yes?

not true. i had 3 copies of wow on same bnet and all three got banned at the same time. i guess what ever accounts are logged on that ip when they ban the others get whacked. to be safe i would run a *** off the program virtual pc to your not ip linked. my two cents
