several question & status

I just purchased and started pokefarmer. I have several questions, so please help me!

1. program shows 'restricted response from game server'
how can I solve this problem? and Why it shows this situation?
(In my PC, I make it running pokefarmer, during running in PC, I played pokemongo using my phone. Is this dual playing causing this situation?)

2. My PC is located in certain city(running pokefarmer), my cell phone is in other city, Can I play pokemongo using cell phone?

3. Does niantic able to detect overlap login(PC&Phone) ?

I'm not american, english is weak, sorry. TT

Don't use pokemongo on your mobile phone and Pokefarmer at the same time (same account).
And when you switch location from a town far away to your home-town, wait the normal travel time it will last to travel with car or plane.
