Setup Another Farmer Acc

For last 30 minutes ive been boggling my brains n this whole thing has blundered me (it dosent take much)

I have 2 acc's atm both used for botting.

i want a new account whats the cheapest way to do this and get to lvl 90 in the quickest possible time?
