Settings wont save

Hi, been using for about a month, its much simpler to use than pirox used to be, so I love that.. I'm just wondering, why will settings NOT stay saved? I will make changes under settings and tools, they will work for a while, and then, a couple hours later (same session) they will have reverted back to defaults, or even worse, i.e. I came back just now and the use mount box was unchecked! I've never ever turned that off, since I dont even know why I would WANT to turn it off.

Any thoughts or suggestions, thanks.

probably you are on Kick's profiles
Kick is messing often with user settings

open the profile with a text editor and press ctrl+f
on search bar write user settings

you will see the line and you can change your settings there
then save and reload the profile
