settings white screens

when i click on settings it opens a blank page and i cant click on it picture down below ignore the right screen playing duel monitors

See if checking the advanced mode box and then clicking the related buttons below will allow you to access the features you need.
This is all in the Main HB Window.

if i click on developer tools and it does the same thing it is developer tools i need to access to click skin mobs on
