You are using Trinity. Trinity is not actually a combat routine, so the combat-settings doesn't work. To configure Trinity, go to your plugins tab, click Trinity, and click the config button

The settings button only works for actual combat routines (Belphegor, Generic). I know Trinity replaces DB combat, but it isn't actually a combat-routine in the normal sense of the word!

That suggestion, made on another thread, refers to the DemonBuddy setting. Go to the "Settings" tab in DemonBuddy. You will see the Death Handling option there. Be sure to spend 30 seconds and have a good look around all the settings and DemonBuddy pages, you should familiarize yourself with what's available to save everybody time in future!
