Settings button

For some reason my settings button on my Main tab (not to be confused with the settings tab) doesn't work. I can click it (and it clicks like a functioning button) but nothing pops up or changes. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance. It's never worked for me so I'm not even sure if the settings button is different than the settings tab....

That settings button is the settings button for the CC, you need to be ingame for it to work.
