a build before you get reakors is this one: The Barbarian Starter Build - Easy Torment Diablo 3 Patch 2.1.2 - Barbarian - Diablo III Builds - Diablo Fans and i recommend you to use wreath of lighting gem from greater rift it helps you kill faster when you dont have any good gear yet
I'm going to try this build until I get the Raekor gear. ye im using it atm and it works pretty well ;> using it with the belt so frenzy get all runes and the mighty weapon that gives frenzy 10 stacks instead of 5 for now until i get something better or reakors also using immortal king set

By the way I just picked up Spires of the Earth and there's two main end game builds. The Furios Charge (Raekor) one and Leap/Earthquake (Might of the Earth). I'm using botzor's build at the moment until I collect more pieces for either set. I swapped out Sprint for Ground Stomp for damage and to pull enemies towards me, not sure how well this would work, but figure it would give smoother runs. All acts work great and the bounty profiles, I've only used a profile for rift once so far. Get the EZ Updater plugin and it will give you all the profiles you need while keeping them updated.
