setting up a EU account from US

I read someone saying that they had a ton of EU accounts and that they were cheaper. I looked it up and boy they were right. I am wanting to get another account for farming for my main, how do you set it up? Do you need to go thru a proxie or can you just due it normal. Please let me know I am fine with a message but would like to do this in the next few days. If someone is willing to walk me thru that would be great.

You just set up the account like normal. You can even use your NA installed client. When you choose "set up my account for the first time.." just make sure to select "European".

I was able to do that but when trying to get the account I ran into issues of 3rd party venders selling me the key codes do you need proxie?
