Setting and tool problem

I apologize if someone already asked about this problem. But yea the Bot is running just fine, its when i click setting and tool it doesn't pop up. Can someone help me please?

on your taskbar - hover over hb, hover over the settings / tools window and then right click and maximize. once it's on your screen - hold the title bar and move it so that it shrinks a little.

kill hb so that it saves the new position... then restart it and you're good to go
