set up help please

just introduced this to a friend, having trouble setting up the latest adventurer.

which files to i extract from the Adventurer folder and which folder do i extract them too?

i extracted the profile folder from the Adventurer folder and moved it into the profile folder within DB, i also did the same with the plugins folder and moved it into the plugins folder within DB, but once i check adventurer in the plugins tab and click config, the entire DB crashes, i dont know what to do else to get it to work. Thanks.

In the DB folder, if you are not sure, just don't update it, DB comes with an installation of Adventurer which in right place. Delete your DB and reinstall.
