Set up from Scratch

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could redirect me to a thread that had a how to on how to set up a demon buddy boy from scratch.

Replace Trininty and Quest tools with latest versions:

*Delete the original Trininty and QT folders from the Plugin, then place new ones into plugins folder... IE delete then replace, do not paste/overwrite

Lookup how to use ItemList as it's the best way to gear quickly.

There is also a gearing quickly guide in my signature. It's more for creating an additional character, but has good information about gambling with the cube.

If you need help picking a class, I would play a WD first. WD has a really good ability to speedrun for materials, and it also has the second highest GRIFT clears.

On WD, get your SpeedRun gear going. See my sig for link to gearing for WD SpeedRuns. Do Rifts for awhile to stockpile some materials while you gear up.

Then switch to bounties so that you can cube some items and craft a Sage set (for farming DB).

Go back to GRifts to farm DBs with your sage set on. Let it run for a day or two.

Use your Materials to cube rares to legendaries until you get the gear you want.

You can go after a HellTooth set if you want to stay on WD for GRIFTS. WD gets to GRift 55 pretty easily with Helltooth set.

You can also go for a Static Gen Monk for the highest GRifts (60+ Solo).

I tried setting it up, but now I'm getting Cannot load or reload combat routines. Cannot find routine folder.

I'm using the prepopulated routines that came with DB Questing -> AllActs_Relogger.

I've tried using the other ones but I keep getting the same error.
