Sessions are in use? 2/3 Should be in use. But cant even log in at times. ( HB )

So, I'm letting one of my friends use a single session with HB. And I'm using one. I have lifetime, so, 2/3 Sessions should be in use. But at times, Neither of us can log in. So, I'm wondering that how the fuck is that possible? Some info, fix etc.
