Session problem

Hi.

I bought gatherbuddy a few months ago and it works great.
Then I bought Honorbuddy and a flying key to level archaelogy.
I only had one session and could only use one at a time.
So I just bought another honorbuddy 30 day 1 session key.

However when i try to run honorbuddy and gatherbuddy (2 wow clients) it says I and using my 1 and only session.
Can you help me?

I just bought another 30 day 2 session time codes. The email says I have to enter the code at the login screen for honorbuddy but when I open honorbuddy there is no field to enter the key, there is only username and password. When I enter then it says I only have 1 session. My authportal says i have a 30 day 1 session code and a 30 day 2 session code. I have tried deleting honorbuddy and redownloading it but there is still no field to enter the code at login...

Any ideas?
 
Make sure that you are on the latest Hb version that supports keys
 
I have deleted and downloaded BG and HB several times now just few hours ago.


EDIT: I just did so again deleted HB and downloaded Honorbuddy 2.0.0.5097 and there is still no field for asking for a key just username and password...

i got same problem. the key cannot be activated....i put in, first acc name, then password - that only activates my original 1year buddy....i put the new code for 30day in that field instead..it dont work...im boggled*
 
the new key goes in the username

so, your old acct, you log in as normal for one session
then run a separate installation that you log in with your key that gives you the other session

Which is silly, but whatever...

A key should be purchased and then used on your login, just like any other product, imho...

I want HB for 30 days? I buy a 30 key and apply it to my login, I want to extend for 30 days, I buy a new key and apply it to my session. You would have then, lifetime sessions and X number of key sessions on your account. Since there is no difference in what lifetime vs key sessions give anymore, it seems logical to streamline everything under your login...but anyway, I'll do what I need to do when I purchase a key this weekend if I have time.

Logging in with a key doesnt work for me either. ( Got two sessions bot )

Logging in using key as username doesnt work for me either and logging in with my username in the username works but still says 1 session

Wanted to buy a second account to go RaF on but just lost two days with this now.. Hope its getting fixed soon. :)
 
I deleted and updated HB to the new version this morning again and there is still no field to enter codes into,. only username and password....

What do?


EDIT: Well after much reading on the forums you use the key as your username and enter no password. Someone said that above but didnt mention not to put a password. if you use your password it fails

Yeah thats correct you have to use the key on your username
