I bought 3 months key for 1 session on PF. Can I buy 1 more 3 months key for session on PF (other key to play 1 more account)? How can I use? Should I use PF or Lazymon? What is better now?

if you want to run the 2 accounts at the same time, then yes you need another session of PF. Lazymon and PF are 2 different products. Lazymon is if you wanan sit at the computer and walk around manually pressing keys and fighting gyms, get that. PF is a bot so you don't have to be at your computer. Mainly to farm up levels on your pokemongo account.
