'Session is Invalid' at least once every 30 minutes

My bot dies at least once every 30 minutes, sometimes more frequently, with the error message "Session is invalid!". I see other people are having this problem as well, mostly in the HonorBuddy forum. This is not a connection issue on my end -- Windows Firewall is turned off, no antivirus software is running, and I'm plugged directly into my router. I can run a ping to multiple remote IPs for hours and get zero packet loss, but DemonBuddy still dies multiple times during that timeframe. I'm guessing this is a DDoS or some other connection/route issue on the server side. Can you maybe release a new version that's more tolerant of packet loss? This isn't usable right now because the bot needs to be manually restarted every 15-30 minutes. Thanks for checking.

edit: Forgot to mention that it happens regardless of profile or class. I've tried quite a few different profiles and several different classes just to be sure.

any firewall/antivirus enabled?

No, I said in the OP that windows firewall is disabled, no antivirus is running, and I'm plugged directly into my router. I'm also getting no packet loss if I run pings to remote IPs for hours, but Demonbuddy will crash with the "session is invalid" message several times during that time.
 
Flushed DNS and tested all day. No change; still getting "session is invalid". I also switched to a different router just to make sure no DNS was cached there.
 
I fixed it but it's kind of ghetto. I ran a ping to buddyauth.com and noticed I was dropping packets (about 4%) to it from my home connection (even though I'm not dropping packets to anywhere else). Also ran a test from one of my servers and it wasn't dropping any, so I just tunneled DB through that server. It's pretty dumb that your DRM checks in so often that 4% packet loss will completely close the program.
