Session invalid/quthentication failed?

past 3/4 days keep getting "Authentication Failed" when trying to log in or when i try to bot it won't go for more than 10 mins before Giving me "Session invalid" , any help would be great

maybe a plugin issue?
 
ehhhh no firewall, just windows firewall disabled, dahhhh even when i tried with no plugins (fresh install) still get same authentication failed or session invalid, i didn't have any problems with it before, but past couple days have me stumped?
 
do you have AVG or another antivirus?
 
daahhhhh just got home from work, i had Avast, but thought I'd humor myself and completely remove it, have windows firewall disabled and still getting authentication failed!

make sure that port 5031 is opened on your router

something is blocking Hb
 
don't use a router(direct conneciton to modem), tried resetting a bunch of windows settings along with internet settings back to defaults or factory settings but still getting Authentication failed! :(
 
updated to HB 2.0.0.5198, noticed if i close HB after getting authentication failed or session in valid this pop up quickly in the background?

I am getting the same problem as you, the guy I talked to said the bot is down ?
 
this error pops if for some reason you cant reach our servers for some time O.o
 
well is there any was to figure out whats causing the problem? coz no firewall or antivirus, nothing running in the background, has to be something causing it or a windows service? haven't been able to bot for nearly a week so i just wanna get this working! : \

Hb uses 5031 port

you can check if the port is open on your router as a start
if you dont know how to check it you can phone your ISP
