Servers More Prone to Ban Waves?

Just throwing this out there.
Do you think that with all of the Realms available to Blizz that some servers are more "monitored" or "prone" for the Ban Hammer? Or are all Realms are treated equally?
I know some Realms have more accounts than others. I dunno.

I have had accounts banned from Windrunner and DoomHammer which I know have high Population.

no, except that maybe higher pop = higher report numbers from players and stupid competition, which does lead to higher bans.
