Servers Humbled *Important Finding*

Guys,

I have been investigating this "Servers Humbled" message and have a very interesting, and potentially important finding.

  • So my account gets this Servers Humbled message when trying to log in.
  • I created a new google account. Tried logging in. Same thing. Servers Humbled. This is both on phone and on Nox.
  • However PokeFarmer had no problems logging in and has been botting for 10 hours upto level 21. So I started thinking....?
  • Then in hit me.
  • I created a new google email. But this time I also created a PTC account with it. Hey presto! Now I can get into the game!!!!! Both on my phone and on Nox.

Conclusion:
A lot of us having been having issues recently and a lot of ink has been spent about all sorts of bans. However, this leads me to believe that since even new Google accounts cannot get in but new PTC ones can, the issue is with the type of account you hold.

Hypothesis
Niantic has been trying to transfer accounts from one to the other. Those accounts which were logged in at the time have caused problems. (I had one botting account which was offline last night when the problems started. It still works on Pokefarmer, but cannot log in on Phone/Nox). Presumably there is hope then that Niantic will sort these issues out. And that they are issues, not bans.

Important Question
Have any people using PTC accounts being suffering the same problems which are dubbed 'new style bans'???
 
I am using PTC on my bot Account. Haven't had any problems, except a very low pokemon spawnrate (around 15 hours ago, Haven't tried since then)

But I have to say that i am not this Kind of a Hardcore botter. I was botting each 2nd or 3th Day around 5-8 hours.

my friend got banned at his home..he was teleporting a lot..he came at my home made a ptc account log on pokefarmer teleport to manhattan hotspot and get banned instantly .. im still not banned havent use pokefarmer or any other bot since aug 11 8pm atm .. so idk about your theory but teleporting is forbidden right now !

I created a new account (PTC). Walked around UK on it. Then instantly teleported to Sydney. Used the spin technique to drop the soft-ban. Botting fine on it, catching pokes and using pokestops. Gained 6 levels so far. No problems whatsoever.

nice for you i guess :P my friend got the instant ban restricted response shit thingy ..i thought playing on same IP as me would give me some trouble too but ayyy on the iphone hack tweak i still catch gym from my home lulz.

haven't tryed starting pokefarmer yet im careful even tho im a heavy botter ;)

What do you mean by you mate got instant-banned. For teleporting you do always get instant-soft-ban. But hit a pokestop with spin 50 times and the ban is dropped.

So what sort of a ban did you mate get? And is it still in effect?

he didnt got soft banned..hard ban of some type i guess but not IP if he was playing at my home and i didnt got banned .. he couldnt loot fuck all or see any pokemon got the server error response automaticly. Gotta use pokefarmer in a human kind of behavior now i guess.
 
I remember posting about this on another topic -
This error has been reported by many people since upgrading to version 0.33. Common symptom is that we get this message when signing on the google account. PTC accounts seem to work just fine.
Signing on another PTC account, signing out (not exiting), then signing using the google account will get you in.

This seems to be happening a lot on Android 4.4 - can you share which version of android are you using?

My PTC account gets humbled. Google account which is higher lvl, botted for 20+ hours at time, has about 20 100iv rares... is ok
 
Hard ban is game data cannot load. It's pretty much guaranteed permanent. They haven't yet sent out emails but it's just a matter of time.
 
I only botted a ptc account and didn't really jump around to much but that account keeps getting the humbled message
