Server hop issue

Hi guys, did someone meet problem while using server hop. When you are in party with u second character u are currently in the same server together, but when u are leaving party, u stay the same location with your second character, meanwhile, script command shows that u are in Ragnaros(for example) and your second character script command shows that u are on Tichondrius. But u can see each other and staying together and can see each. No one in party and script command shows that u are on different realms. What does it mean>>?? How can I dodge this shit? Help please

Serverhop has effectively been broken since the start of legion, you can't really avoid it as it was a fix implemented by Blizzard to prevent serverhopping to farm gold.
