Server Hop (addon(?) plugin)

first of all i apologize if it already exists but as a newcome i couldnt find and i dont even know if it is possible, so i am just asking.

you know there are a lot of addons to change server (cross realm helper, or "server hop" which is much more easier) with this server hop addon you press "next" and it simply makes you join to another group from another server so you can change realm with a single click.

i was curious if it is possible to create a plugin/addon that simply checks the zone you are in, and if there are people more than x amount, it presses "next" on server hop and changes your realm, just to make sure that;

1- you are seen by less people
2- if you are grinding your chance to "meet" another bot/grinder/farmer lower.

I doubt this is technically possible. The range at which HB can scan is much lower than whole zone. Plus, with the CRZ, this is highly dynamic, and not really worthy.

For example, the 4 bosses in Tanaan - People make raids for them, once spawned, which usually fill to 40 people in 60-90sec, then the boss is killed and in 120sec the zone is empty again!
