You're not that far off from my own server, the titanium ore on my server goes for 350ish/stack tho but the rest looks equal, what I do is the following
ores:
-prospect and sell the gems, if you can cut them or know someone who can then do that, if not selling them raw can still be profitable
-smelt+vendor is the second option
- seeing as how eterium ore is still good money, sell it casually at the AH
herbs:
-use lotus' to make wyrm and relentless flasks (I prefer wyrm seeing as more specs use those)
- potion of speed, potion of wild magic, runic mana potion, runic health potion. all go for 50g/10 pieces on my server, not many people that sell them so you can easily control that market
-mill them, use the eternal life you get from herbing and make cards out of it, cards sell for insane amounts.
Try to find bulk buyers, there's always some guy on the server that spams the trade chat several times a day that "he's buying all frost lotus' , gems, saronite" etc, politely contact them, offer them your goods, if you feel that you can spare the money, give them a small discount and tell them that whenever they need these goods to send you an ingame mail with an order of what they need, or just contact you in a whisper. I find that I make loads of more money with these bulk buyers then the AH.
things you should look out for:
1. never flood the AH, not only can this get you reported numerous times but also the odds of selling the flooded amount in next to none so you're just wasting AH deposit.
2. know what durations and when to post, small sales like green and blue gems sell the whole day trough at an even rate(ish), flasks between 18.30 - 21.00 when the raiders are going at it, this means that you do not want to put flasks up for 48 hours, 12 is more then sufficient to sell your wares, ores i tend to put on 24 hours. this also keeps the cost at an all time low when you're underpricing someone that underpriced you.
3. dont go ruining the market by posting stuff for 50% of it's normal price, not only will this most likely (again) get you reported but you're missing out on profit yourself, that being said dont go overpricing stuff either, my personal sweet spot is posting just 1c less then the next guy (im that dirty when it comes to the AH, yes). in conclusion, try to get the most out of the wares you're selling but keep in mind you showed zero effort to collect those wares so don't feel too attached if the market price is dissapointing.
