Yeah so I'm set to transfer all keep one of each highest cp and iv and your app literally just trashed all the highest cp and iv pokemon i farmed? Seemed to have happened after the update, my settings were fine and everything was working fine earlier but really? No idea if anyone else experienced this but not cool at all. Also no idea if it helps but i have some pokemon ticked not to transfer, just trying to help recreate the issue. sigh

IV and CP does a calculation to work out which it thinks is better.
If you wanted to save certain pokemon you use then you should tick them in the ignore list on the transfer tab

Or choose keep only high IV, its working fine if u choose only that. And talking about CP, u can allways upgrade CP and IV u cant so keep only high IV is the best choice.
