Serious lag issues while HB is running?

Is anyone else having this issue? i am having serious lag issues while bot is running...I have a very high end computer and have never dealt with lag....seems to run fine, but when i pull up honorbuddy on my screen it drops down to between 5-20 fps......any advice would be greatly appreciated!

check your plugins, and see if you have any extra plugins running that your not using. also in wow, theres a background fps setting make sure thats cranked up.
