Serial key / buddy auth

Yo! I am a lifetimer, i havent gotten any new key emailed to me and i cant log in at buddyauth, please help me

Be sure to register on buddyauth with the email you used to buy your lifetime and it should be there.

alternatively, you can email [email protected] and tell them.
Be sure to include your old shop username and any information relevant.

I tried to register at buddy auth but i cant it just says:
"Account creation was unsuccessful. Please correct the errors and try again.
A username for that e-mail address already exists. Please enter a different e-mail address.

I have emailed support for my new key. I logged into buddy auth and it still displays my old serial key. I am unable to use honorbuddy due to the invalid license error. Any help is greatly appreciated!
