Sentinal Concentration ( supposed aoe spec) does not use aoes on default routine

As title says

change it to the bottom spec, which has always been the aoe, even the passives you get with the spec are for aoe.

But when you run the buddywing default combat, it does not aoe at all.

Any fixes or other profiles that actually run this spec on BW
