Sent Blizz my MSINFO.txt with honorbuddy in it

So i have an annoying soundbug at the moment and couldnt find any fix. I opened up an Online-Ticket where i have to add my dxdiag and msinfo. Stupid me thought it only contained my hardware, but the msinfo was full of honorbuddy errors. Now the GM answered and wrote that it would be better to uninstall honorbuddy since it could lead to a ban and then continued with my problem.

Ofc i know that i shouldnt use the bot for some months now. But should i answer the ticket with stuff like "i didnt know, gladly it didnt work on my pc anyways and i uninstalled it" and talk to him about the soundbug, since it still isnt fixed or should i just mark it as solved?

They won't ban you for it, just ignore it what he said about honorbuddy. If he wanted to ban you, he would have checked and banned you already.

Aye.. Having it installed isn't bannable. Using it(which they have to catch you doing) is.
