Sending error Report?

ive just bought this and i have a one day subscription to try it out and i keep opening it up and it has told me "sending error report" and ive tried to update it and it says "The client data file (client.wyc) failed to open.

Full details:

Could not find file 'C:\Users\Derek\AppData\Local\Temp\Temp1_Honorbuddy_2.0.0.5771.zip\iuclient.iuc'.

any help?

make a new Hb installation from scratch and if you still have problems give us your log file
