Sending blank mails to alt

All of a sudden only one of my bots is sending empty mail to my alts. This wasnt happening a while ago. He has no addons enabled or anything. Any suggestions.

I have another character sending mail just fine to the same alt.

thats quite odd.. Does it get stuck in a repair loop ? cuase that can cuase it.. also.. all your keybindings are default right ?

move your hearthstone to the first bag in your backpack

put all soulbound items in bag 0 (backpack). If you have anything other than soulstone and pick / scythe, then just put it in your bank.
