I pay for 1 session bot and u didnt send a product key

4.) try to login on buddy-auth portal and look for your key
5.) check the spam folder of your email-account
6.) provide some more infos for the mods / support-team (maybe ... the email, the order number, the bought product?)

I'll go ahead and quote the very visible announcement from this forum section index:

Purchased a Bot Key? Register here using the email you used on the Gate2Shop purchase page. All your Keys will be visible there.

Do that. If the key isn't there, I urge you to follow the other announcement:

Payment Issues? Your payment gets declined, your upgrade was not yet applied, your Key was not delivered, neither is visible on BuddyAuth? Send a email to [email protected], tell us which Bot you are trying to purchase and what the issue is.

By making this thread you haven't accomplished anything, as you haven't provided any information required to resolve your issue.
