Selling potions

Is there a way to set up some rule or something to sell potions? I have legendary potions so I don't need regular ones anymore. Maybe something on the salvageSell.dis?

[QUALITY] == "Normal" && [BASETYPE] == "Healthpotion" -> [SELL]

I tried that one and didn't work. Any thoughts?
