Selling InGame Items For Gold

Heres the deal im lazy and want more gold, i have cash but dont want to buy from gold sellers. Is there a way ingame to make cash with real money. For instance gifting a Pet or mount off the WoW market? Or selling mounts from TCG cards something along those lines? Any suggestions would be helpful thanks for your time.

Lots of similar post about it not happening "Yet" it may happen eventually but not soon.

best bet is to find a private buyer in game man. There would be plenty of people who would pay gold for items from the bnet store (myself included). I have traded gold for gifted items in the past...its all about finding a trustworthy person. Your in the best position however, since your the one spending real money for gold (meaning if anyone is scamming it would be you..not saying that you are tho).
